Someone told me once that you can’t do an Ironman triathlon without experience for at least 5 years, I did it in 3 years....Jason is an example of coaching yourself and perseverance that I have in common...I saw his performances, he never quits and attain the best ever I’ve seen relay in the History of Swimming...from behind and caught up and won !!!
