    I believe tp 2 east area will be best ..and this is smart city so smart industries will work here so how make pollution .

      Dholera SIR East Area has EWS Housing as you know and Most of its Residential Zone are in TP2 West. And Why do you want to Invest in Dholera SIR? For its Present Condition or For its Future Perspective. If you want to see only Present Condition to Investment so, Leave Dholera SIR because in term of Current Development Status there are lots of other Cities are well Developed and settled than Dholera SIR when you are looking at present. But if you want to Invest looking at 5 years time future perspective so, see and examine that which Area will be prime after 5 years Inside Dholera SIR. Because one thing you should note that Nearby Commercial Properties Price (where Metro and Other Transportation Connectivities are also available) will appreciate much faster and exponential than Nearby Industrial & Economically Weaker Section Zone Housing Properties. But your final decision is your decision. Jaha Invest karna hai aap karo but Jab aap Invest kar rahe ho to Aaj nahi kal dekho baki aapki marzi paise to aapke hi hai na hame kya? Kya City Center, Knowledge & IT Zone, High Access Corridor, Public Facility Zone, Sports & Recreation Zone in sab ki value milakar Ek Industrial Zone & EWS Housing se kam hai? Jab Dholera ka East Side itna hi jyada feasible tha to ye sare Zones bhi East me Government de sakti thi ki nahi?
