I know that you made this video a while ago and so might know this information now, but the difference between the RP2350A and B is the package. The A version has the same footprint as the 2040 and the B is a larger package with more GPIO pins. The version with the combined flash memory is the RP2354 with 2 MB of flash memory. It’s a package-on-package design with the flash mounted on top. I believe the underlying silicon for all 3 versions is the same.
I've had a Pico 2 since from Vilros since Jully 11, 2024. I'm pretty sure adafruit has had boards using the 2350 for a few weeks prior.
