Nah they were inspired by “Liberal women” sketches Gina, Jane and Magda did from the 80’s. Prue and Trude sadly sound like any rich mum from Brighton. Slightly emphasised but sadly not by much.
About the only time we see the posh English girl is in comedy. Though they can often win reality shows. So they're more popular than we're led to believe 👸
