Mogbo isn't a center.
He is a Power forward & was a guard growing up majority of his youth before his growth spurt, so has guard skills.
He was 5ft 9 when Scottie was 6ft 6 when they played together last.
Mogbo is a great defender, great athlete.
He can also dribble the ball up the court & make plays or be that playmaking hub in the post.
They used him as a lock down defender player at Misssouri 2 seasons ago as a freshman.
He then moved to San francisco Dons last season who used him differently & as a point forward & he was alot more featured, having him run plays & as a connector which is where the huge growth comes from to the point he was top 30-40 range this draft.
He is almost like Draymond Green regen, you can switch him onto big + guards.
Mogbo averaged 14 PPG, 10 RPG, 4 APG last season at college.
His defense is really good and he fixes alot of issues Raptors had with lack of defensive players + size having lost OG, Precious + Koloko.
Mogbo could be a small ball 5 if need be too.
He's not a center. But he's got a 7'2" wingspan, so his height doesn't mean much. Are you new to basketball?
He'll need to develop his outside shooting - like Barnes had to. Scottie has much better vision/ball-handling, but Mogbo is a similar player.

Siakam wasn't getting a max from us. He was gone as a free agent. Getting JaKobe is better than nothing.
