  • Building my own Carbon/Aramid DLG fuselage in a mould.
    Design and geometry by my own. The fuselages have weights from about 36-39g.

    Nice fuse. What is in your boom layup, i can see textreme, uni and 12k tow is there another layer. hows the stiffness?

      It's Spread Tow, UD, 12K tow and 93g Carbon Fiber. The fuse has very good stiffness, no bend possible.
      Impossible to break during throw, tested under extreme conditions.

    Hello there, nice video, just to confirm did you use for every half boom 1 layer of 12K UD and 1 Layer of spread tow of 93gr carbon fiber? only with this 2 lyers per side it´s fine? Im just about to make one but I´m not sure if should I have to use 2 layers of spread tow of carbon fiber 93gr or just one. Thank you very much
