My husband first told me "I Love You" by accident, when we were dating. Quick Backstory: My husband and I met when we were 12. We stayed friends all throughout high school and college. He liked me when we were seniors in high school, but we decided to stay friends for the sake of our friendship. We moved to the same city around 2016 and decided to date in 2019...Okay, so fast forward to 5 months into our relationship, I was working late to meet a deadline. My husband [boyfriend at that time] volunteered to drop me off dinner because I didn't have time to cook myself anything and all I had was cereal. He wanted to see me and didn't want me to just eat cereal. He stop by, dropped me off some food, and we talked for abit. As he was leaving, we kissed and hugged and as we were hugging I said, "Thank you for dinner and stopping by. I really appreciate it. Good night." He said, "You're welcome and no problem. Good Night, I love you."...We were still hugging and I felt him immediately get warm from the embarrassment and sink his face into my neck and shoulder and we both started laughing. I wanted to let go and see his face, he hugged me tighter and just shook his head. I laughed and I said, "Do you want me to pretend like I didn't hear that?" Still hugging me, he nodded and said, "Mmm hmm." We let go, and he turned and walked away. I said with the biggest smile on my face, "Text me when you get home." He just gave me a thumbs up without turning to look at me... Next day, we went to dinner and he told me he loved me to my face. He is really the biggest blessing I have ever received. I confessed to him that I ALMOST said "Good night, I love you." over the phone to him the night before. That's why I also laughed when he said it because during our time together, we have become so synced with each other. Sometimes we say the exact same thing, at the same time... Love has a sense of humor and I'm here for it

Aww! My husband and I are the exact same way. Sometimes we'll be thinking the same thing and say it outloud at the same time. It's wild! We just celebrated our 10 year anniversary last year and have been together since college - dated for 4 years, until we got engaged and married 2 years later. We've now been together for longer than we've been apart. Congratulations on finding your person because we should all be so lucky! ♥
You can tell he and Mila are best friends, also they understand one another well enough. Plus, they seem to take care of themselves so good, that their physiological age seem to have stopped around early to mid 30s. Good for them. My favorite couple.

My husband and I told each other we loved each other from the first day we were officially together… sounds crazy but we loved each other before we were together, when we were still “friends”… I was with someone else, he told me he wanted to be with me and asked me to break up with the guy and be with him… I did… we’ve been together for 26 years now, since we were teenagers.
Ashton and Mila = Best Couple EVER and nobody can convince me otherwise.
