When I saw your cats ears for the first time, they looked so realistic I couldn't imagine that you have used the felting needle to make them so perfectly thin. So I tried the wet felting technique for creating my cats and dogs ears and it worked very well. For the finish (cleaning the edge, placing the longer hair and creating the ears unique pattern) I used the felting needle. Thank you very much for sharing your great skills and for inspiring me to level up my own skills.

So, the search for the perfect wool type goes on because i'm not happy anymore with my wet felted ears, they have to be better ...next i will try Camel- and Yak-Wool, hope one of them is the right one for me. I lost my loving Sugar cat last year. I still have her pics but watching this made me cried. I missed her a lot and seeing her through the old pics wasn't enough for me. I wish I had a talent so I can make a model of my baby so I could pet her again. Btw, you did such an amazing job. That kitty looks exactly like my baby Samie ( my current cat)
