I’d love to see you do lake hudson, this is where my family has been going for 50 years and have been having a difficult time catching anything except catfish.
I'm not sure if it's officially "Grand Lake" anymore, but the very upper end of the river (Twin Bridges) holds some nice fish, including smallmouth I've heard.
Yeah I know there are some nice ones up there and probably easier to catch because there isn’t as much pressure. I just don’t think the overall quality is up there. Haven’t heard about smallmouth up there. I know the lake record was caught down by horse
I haven’t been to the twin bridges area in awhile. I go up the elk more. Both sides change quite a bit with water clarity. Sorry I’m not much help there
The amount of tournament pressure on Grand makes me sad. I rarely want to go there even tho it holds some super nice fish. I guess I should get over it and fish it more.
I've never fished Grand Lake but I'll be there in October for a BFL Regional. My home lakes are Sam Rayburn and Toledo-Bend where we have to run boat lanes for the most part due to stumps. I plan to fish what you referred to as the Mid-Lake section of Grand. Are there boat lanes to run or is it pretty much wide open to run? Thanks in advance...
Sorry I will do better next time. This lake is tough because I have a mixture of pro spots and my own and didn’t want to burn bridges giving away specific areas. My small lake series is much more detailed. Holler if you need any further insight on grand. Help as much as I can.
This series has condensed my hours of research into short videos. Really appreciate the work.
Glad to help! Planning to cover as many lakes as I can
New to Tulsa from OKC. These videos are super helpful. Appreciate you sharing these videos and got a sub here!
Appreciate it! Happy to help and appreciate the feedback! Holler if I can help with anything else

It’s on my list. I haven’t been there enough yet to feel confident breaking it down. Planning to make a few more trips out there soon so I can though
I live in Langley and fish almost daily love it here
Nice! I’m in owasso. Would love to get there more. Pretty cool we have so many lakes to choose from in the area though
Ohh yea. I go below the damn and kayak fish almost daily
I fish there almost every weekend. I’m in Owasso. Craziest part is you can slay them one weekend and the next weekend it will humble you.
Very true!

Over a year ago but do you have any tips for that area ?

Yeah I agree. The best time to fish it is late October through January - no tournaments.

No boat lanes. It is wide open for the most part. Good luck!
Watch shallow areas
I heard they have a mean fish sandwich over at Arby's
I mean this with all due respect, but that sandwich ain’t worth a velvet painting of a whale and a dolphin getting it on.
Do hudson next.
It’s on my list.
@@PrestigeWorldwideFishing awesome if you need a partner let me know LOL
I might need a navigator. That lake has some danger zones if you aren’t watching your gps closely
@@PrestigeWorldwideFishing that is true especially in spavinaw creek
Yes. Most of my experience on that lake is around bridge and up to grand lake dam
One thing's for sure. There are absolutely no crappie in Grand. Nope, no crappie here.
😂 I’ve said the same thing about bass a few times on that lake too
Lol yeah stay away, no crappie here. 😂
