I just realized that the van and the house are both eclipsed / lighted up by purple. The kidnapping van has a purple light coming from it, and the house also has a lot of purple tint to it. The house reminds me of the story of Hansel and Gretel, where the candy witch lured the children into her house with treats and candy. Only in this case, we're lured in by neon signs saying "masks here". Who in the game series is associated with both the color purple and luring and kidnapping of children? It makes me think of Afton ngl.
