For Pitches Converted can't we use just - Select count(amount_invested_lakhs) from Sharktank where amount_invested_lakhs >0.

i think sum of women is wrong because in some of the brands there are 2 or 3 women but when you used case when function you take it as 1 it gives wrong answer when we sum it actual answer will be different and i think this query is correct, please correct me if i am wrong

It's very informative 🥰 and awsm , can you plz help us with the total last joins to get metrics for all sharks cuz some syntax is not working for the vertical tabulardata.

on 13.00 ,why cant we just do select count(amountinvestedinlakh)where amountinvestinlakh>0
instead of where we need to use having clause in case of you want to filter data from aggregates
sir in my case none of the excel version is running while importing how to solve
You can Try to copy the data from the excel sheet into a different sheet make sure that your file is not "read only" . Hope this helps.

I tried all method to connect xlsx file but in some versions of excel it showing an error "external table is not in expected format"(Microsoft JET Database Engine). Could you pls help me out then how to import excel into DB?

Thank you for the content. I just have some suggestions. We can write simpler queries for the following parts;
at 22:00 for -- start-ups having at least women, we can write;
select
count(brand) as Brand
from project..data
where female > 0
also at 18:11 for -- avg equity taken,
select
avg(equitytakenp) as Avg_Equity
from project..data
where equitytakenp > 0
at 24:00 for pitches converted having at least one women,
select
count(amountinvestedlakhs) as Converted_Pitches_having_Female
from project..data
where female > 0
and amountinvestedlakhs > 0

sir! whenever i try to execute excel columns like "sex_ratio , Ep.No. , etc" by sql command ,it shows error like "Msg 207, Level 16, State 1, Line 5

Ep.no. such column name is not present in the table that's why, write the correct column names
