The obvious difference between them is the absence of fingerprint sencor or scanner. huawei y7 pro doesn't have any fingerprint scanner, while y7 prime has it on the back. The specifications are alike. So the best way to recognize whether is it y7 pro or is it y7 prime is by looking at it's backdoor. When it has fingerprint scanner it is huawei y7 prime.

Its Android version is 8.1 and isn't getting updated. Moreover, there's no immediate chance of its update in near future. Not a good choice to buy this phone, I curse my fate over buying it.
