Is there a way to create and share a interactive dashboard at a global level that automatically detects the user who is viewing its individual metrics (similar to the My Active Cases) and their Teams (My Teams Active Cases), but is customized beyond what is available by default?
That is a good question. No where in the documentation I saw there is a statement which is talking about the maximum number of dashboards we can have in a CRM environment. If restricted it would be restricted for the entire organisation /tenant, and not based on the user.
I'm trying to create a dashboard but NO data is being pulled - can't create a graph or anything. No clear way to do this?! Thanks
