Wow, awesome work! I know that Lego themselves would probably not hire you because your methods are too cool for them but have you thought about setting up a shop online for these types of models? I know there are some other Lego channels that have their own webshop where people can buy some of the models that people form the channel made.

You should make some Metal Gear Rising Revengeance builds. I recently finished the game and there a lot of cool mechs that you can fight that I would like to see in LEGO form. For example, the Gekko, GRAD, or one of the Metal Gears.
Around the year 4051, after the 7th arm sector war, many of the planets that had previously been shipbuilding hubs were scavenged and destroyed to become scrapyards of metal. People who stayed had to figure out how to survive in the rubble, so many people began mass manufacturing robots that could easily be made with spare parts easily found in the junk and selling them. This thing here is a robot that has been created to serve as a general use constuction droid, that workers could ride in and safely traverse the hills of scrap metal and lift up heavy chunks. Or maybe they didn't. I don't know.
This piece is soo useful, every time I buy pieces to Lego, in each order I put a batch of them, and I keep running out of them! Well, maybe the fact that I keep most of my MOCs build is a reason, but still XD
Another good use is to reinforce the intern structure of a build, with a lightsaber bar or the 3 stud long version, I used it in one of my moc like this, and was very happy with it XD

Clever idea for the head... And even better is the connection at the end of the robot arm, with the 2x1 round plate...
