We have had an ABC Concept 2 Mini for several years and it is great! We bought it from Sarah. If there is a problem it is that you need to let the fire burn down and let the oven cool down for most baking (350F). Also it does not like Pine, it collects soot around the oven requiring cleaning which is not hard to do but is a task I would prefer to delay as long as possible. With hardwoods this is much less of an issue. We just cleaned it out and had an excellent fire this last weekend. Love the stove. Nice Video
I've been cooking on this stove for 3 years now and can attest that "if it fits, it cooks" but wold suggest that at around the 15 minute mark the pizza would cook more evenly if it was turned. Notice the photo of the finished pizza how one side (closest to the back of the oven) is browner than the front. Also at least once a year you should remove the metal stove top and vacuum out the "smoke path" which will keep the draft working great. If yours smokes when opening the door this cleaning will solve that issue.
Nice!!
That oven is gorgeous! I now need one!
I much prefer these longer vids of u showing the stoves. The first light with temp readings are my fav. Very informative
Great 'Brooklyn' Pizza, well done.

Is there a mini stove with a proper cooktop, and CAN FUNCTION as a heater? Oven is not a priority
