Thank you thank you very much great review. did my own test with can you load and deliver and loop, with the grain mill I could deliver but couldn't get back home without a little help, the second journey was to the farmers market and to my astonishment it worked fantastically well, I'm very happy with this map, the best map so far thank you Black Sheep nodding.

I'm not sure any update will match the initial feeling of how this map was when first loading it up into FS15, however this iteration has pushed Calmsden aside and is my new favorite to play (Calmsden was great, just a bit too big on some fields). yes mentioned in the video and I showed one of the little black sheep. what about smart pedestrians? If your talking about them stopping if your in front of their path they do that on any map in 22.
I was beginning to doubt your scoring system as it is a bit stringent and does not include artistic expression from the map author for imaginary farm economies. But 5 Stars on this one is so deserved. BSM are legendary map authors. I was a bit disappointed with the fs19 version but this one is out of the park. I've spent hundreds of ours in the map and it's really like playing a whole new map this time. Brilliant work.

I will never play Calmsden farm the creator is too ignorant and up himself, I joined his discord and the comments he makes to peoples concerns about his map are so ignorant iI couldn't believe what I was reading.

Grazing would break cows the way the food system now works. With grazing filling the grass trough automaticly when there is grass players would not be able to add anything else because if any one food source is 100% you cant add anything else.
This map, French plains, the other modhub in game map that ends in 2022, and nml are hands down my top maps to play right now. Love all 4 of them. The 4th mod map is okay not a huge fan of it but do like all the farm structures you can open that are in it.
Hard to compare. Two totally different kinds of maps. Calmsden is a big farm map for big equipment. This is a more laid back, smaller map for the smaller and/or older equipment. I'm enjoying both, but NML is a great sandbox map for whatever you want to do
Love this map, weird thing though, on the placeable area above the farm I can’t place animal pens. Anything else seems fine like factories or greenhouses, just not animal pens, anywhere near the farm in fact.

The map (ver1 on PC) was beautiful and unique in FS17, almost realistic. Once they (BlackSheep) went on to port them into consoles the graphic quality went way down. If anyone has a chance to load up version 1 of this map in FS17, you will see what I mean in terms of graphic details and quality. It is night and day!
I had a problem with starting equipment. Both tractors showed performance issues on starting fields. - even after I upgraded their horsepower. I think the map is great, but I am hoping an upgrade later fixes my particular problems.
Am i the only one having an issue with the grain trigger at the main farm? The trigger point isn't on the ground so i have to use a front loader and raise it up to the trigger in order to fill the bucket so i can load a trailer.....
Been playing this farm for a few days getting knower fast money whys, and I know know why the fields are way too small to make it a viable money making farm, in the UK the average farmers filed is 12ha this farms biggest field is 3.86h, Calmsden Farm is much more like the average UK farm. I do understand the way you rate maps and I'm fine with it, but please think about how viable a map is thank you.
The map has cows, sheep, pigs and chickens at the main farm. there is an area in town for horses so it meets all the animal prerequisites but ultimatly will you enjoy your time on it is up to you to decide.
Never played this map much on 19 I spent 160 hours on the valley the old farm from Black Sheep Modding. Would have played much much longer but my save file got corrupt and wouldn't load.

It didnt let me before I found your tip here to buy it.. very annoying with 164,000 when in the beginning of a hard playthrough, but guess it made it even more hard, lol. Oh well.. but yes, not very informative about those contracts =(

They did an awesome job with this map. I am hoping that Campaign of France comes out soon. These two are my favorites on all the maps.

I really like the optional animal pastures. Shame Giants didn't implement a grazing mechanic to this game like Seasons 19 had.

It’s a great looking map and Blacksheep is my fav mapper based on the three I was playing in FS19 but my favorite part of the map is gone now.
It would be almost sacrilegious to remove any of the farm buildings. This map looks so good.

Everyone plays different so what is viable for one player is not viable for another.

I did nothing other than load the map up on New Farmer as the video shows.
Did not highlight big peaceable area at southern end of map. Not much at that corner.

Na, dont see that happening as it would exclude the map from console and Black Sheep Modding is one of the few console focused modders.
