  • Hey guys it’s Simeon here and I’m back with another killer workout, my fourth week in a row of working my tail off to ensure a sub 20 minute 5K in my next race! This workout features 2 reps of 2.5 kilometers, accumulating a 5K of hard effort. I need to run under 10 minutes for each rep, will I fold under the pressure or will I crush this workout like I have during the past 3 workouts. Also, today was my first day at a state college as a junior at MCLA. I thrive under pressure, you know what they say, pressure makes diamonds. My best performances have come when the pressure is on and I need to perform, so will I do it today? I don’t have performance anxiety, I have performance propriety. What will my 5K cumulative time be today combining the two reps? Put you guesses in there comments of what my 5K time will be on race day!
