Im a 5 ft 6 female who was always betweet 120 130 ish weight most my life except whaen i got into an accident and was temp disabled a couple. years mid 40s and on streuods .. but when I was young i was so strong i could've give thease young guys a run for their money.. i miss all that strength .. im 60 now got burned bad in a fire last year and that sucked the strong well what was lefr out of me . Doing well still recovering and looking forward to getting some strength back . Take care of yourselves it will be your best companion as you age

I have a couple different friends who nearly died in fires. 3rd degree burns over more than half of one’s body, the other burned her legs as a child in a car accident being trapped in the car. Their strength is inspiring. All burn victims strength is inspiring. So with that being said, while you work on your physical strength training, don’t forget how tough you are mentally and emotionally. I’m sure you’ll be feeling great once you’ve regained a little bit back. It will be liberating. Best of wishes to you!
