YES! Thank you to Tony because I watched short clips of this experience BTS went through that I can not watch the “whole” experience of American Hustle due to some clips I found disheartening. An example is, a clip with a man named Dante, Jin and Yoongi. I don’t care to hear or read “there’s more to it. Watch the whole experience” because no matter what, all 7 members are so genuine and humble, so any slight mistreatment as an American toward BTS immediately embarrasses me to be a once foreigner, raised American BUT awesome of Tony to have bonded with Jimin.

They were sent to LA to learn "real hip-hop", and, WARNING, it's really embarrassing and hard to watch, but also has some great moments too (Taehyung is absolutely adorable).
The episodes are online but for some reason they're all low-quality. You can find them on dramanice for free.

The good thing about BTS is they don’t have to break up to do solo projects. They can do their own projects and still be part of BTS. It’s a really good support system they have.
It's quite normal in kpop in general. Only in western music it seems odd. When I started listening to kpop 7 years ago I thought idols were money hungry for doing solo activities and that a group should stick as a group. But quickly I realised how amazing it is for them to show their own colors while still working with their members. I think western groups would last longer if they started to do solo music while still being in their group

@@itzsm9947 i think it was more then just Dante that treated these kids like crap. it seemed to be the theme throughout the whole series. i have to admit i was super impressed with bts members staying respectful and kept working hard even thou they were treated so awful by so many top USA artists. you really can see the difference when they Iris Stevenson and she actually treated them with respect. .. . i am glad they kicked Dante off the show, i wish all the other so called adults would have been more respectful and understanding. it still makes me cringe the way they acted towards a bunch of teenagers.

For anyone confused about the incident: at his party (involving paid tickets for various artists’ performances) he had people pay extra if they wanted additional items, which is pretty standard. Plenty of artists bundle merch and tickets. It’s normal.
Anyway, he basically called it an Army party because he was being friendly and inclusive, but people twisted it the wrong way and made it sound like he was baiting us for money or for his art to be sold or something. But even through that whole pathetic misunderstanding on our part, he remained a real one, and now he’s in our good graces.
