Any scriptures on using the man made calendars?I believe we should use scripture,I like to observe the month of abib and observe the barley as commanded.i don’t think we should use a man made calander for predicting the new year and our feast dates.not judging just my thoughts🙏🙏🙏
I believe it's good to hold to the Biblical times and seasons. The Scriptures don't even have names for all the months though, just the numbered months. For personal reference I take note of the month's Biblical name, but if I have to tell family we're visiting in Abib, they may not understand (communication gap). So for the sake of communicating with people, and since I am familiar with the Gregorian calendar, it's still present for interpretation's sake. It's a thing to learn new calendars, like it is new languages, building an entirely new foundation. 😅
It is good to hear that it was a counselor that asked the questions about divorce. I do not think anyone should be a therapist or counselor without being taught the bible, especially the OT. Otherwise, we are just doing what man thinks is best for us instead of G-d. And seriously, if we knew what we were doing, then the world would not be in the state that it is in.

Neglects & Abuses can be Emotional, Spiritually, Relationally, Family, mentally, & verbal, physical, sexually. We often hear 1 party claim 1 abuse, when they are doing 2-3 Neglects themselves...that's a common trick.

Hello. I have a question regarding conflicting authority. What do we as believers do when man’s law and God’s law conflict with each other? In Romans 13:1-2 and Titus 3:1 , Paul teaches that we should obey man’s authority. But Peter, in Acts 5:29, seems to disagree with Paul and says we should obey God rather than man. So, for example, if the government makes a law saying being lgbtq is good, should we as believers obey that law like Paul says and stop teaching that it’s sinful? Or should we do what Peter says and obey God and continue teaching that it’s sinful? My pastor always taught that we should follow both Paul and Peter. We follow man’s law like Paul says as long as it doesn’t conflict with God’s. But if there is conflict, then we obey God alone like Peter says. Is this teaching correct? If I’m a Christian with militant atheist or pagan parents and they want me to stop going to church or synagogue or want me to take part in a pagan celebration, should I do what they want or do I resist them? How do I resist the sinful ideas of my pagan or atheist parents and follow “thou shalt honor your mother and father” at the same time? Please help.

Research shows that the essenes or the Kumran society did not believe in Resurrection of the body. I thought this was supported in the Bible
