What's your experience with the sponsoring system?
With the old Sponsoring, Amazing! I could donate 100 Robux and still have players in my game. But with the new advertising, it’s horrible. You get like 1,000 Plays for a few minutes then your game’s player count stops entirely. Plus, the new Advertising method is too expensive.
i think you should move on, its prob not cuz of the sponsors, its about your game, simulators are dead now,so you should prob move on and make another game

you shouldn't target pc players, only target mobile users (phone + tablet) when its a simulator. also i noticed from my data analysis that the Indian and Brazilian regions perform best out of all. the US coming after these 2, hope this helps
Terrible, of course! The old advertising system was way better. They removed ads for accounts under 13, and the banner ads 😞
tips for sponsoring:
1- always use search sponsors cuz its most effective, like if you used any other form of sponsors, you cannot ever get targeted audience that would play the genre of your game, search sponsors depends on tags you insert
2- never use ad credits in just 1 day, if your game is brand new and you plan to enter algorithm, use like 20 ad credits daily for 12 - 20 days, if you keep using ad credits in 1 day, you'll just waste your robux
3- test differnet icons before using it on your game, jst put icons on empty baseplate places then sponsor the baseplate for like low ad credit and check whatever gets higher ctr

@@jov6ni it depends on what your game genre is, just insert tags related to your game like if your game is simulator, like insert "pets", "simulator" tags, and like come up with other tags to use

Maybe the reason your game got a low CTR is because its called *robux* simulator. Kids could think its saying you can get free robux leading to them thinking of it as a scam
maybe if he were to implement a system where you actually got robux from it, the game would do a little better.
@@Thorwind That's not what I'm on about. SO many free robux scams use Robux in the title and kids would probably think it's a scam without testing it out. I've seen someone use 10 ad credits and get 400+ Players

welp, the ad system revived my game as a whole, after 2 ads, roblox started recommending my game again from the nice analytics result, i only had to put in 7k in each sponsor and i made profit, 0 ads going rn since 1 week ago and my game is still getting new players and theyre also returning back a lot. just find good settings that match your targeted audience and that has good CTR and playrate, i also play around with the bidding and put in an sponsor for each device to see which device does better. its mostly console and mobile

Spending on money on ads doesn’t make your game better. Take what you’ve learned and start a new project. Invest in that. I understand it’s alt of work. But you know have everything needed for a full game, assets, scripts, etc. a lot of the foundation is made. I’d love to partner if interested. I have many unique ideas. College educated with some experience as well.

I dont think its horrible sometimes it depends on the game, i put 2.8k robux into a add and got 1k active from it for a few hour's and i think 4k+ visits within the 24 hours of the sponsorship

For anyone planning to sponsor, don't. I have some connections to some big devs, and pretty much everyone says, to have a chance for the sponsor system to work and not screw you, you need to spend at least 200k robux over 7 or so days. So unless you have a massive budget, stick to other methods of advertisement.

it's best to sponsor your game right when you release it I think rather than after its been out for a bit I think based on the algorithm because if you have an older game its less likely to appear for players I do believe. (just a note I could be wrong about this but its a good thing to look into before trying to sponsor a game.) this would not have an affect on the advertisement but it would have an affect on how many people normally see your game without it making it appear more which would lead to more total player, and if there are more players than there is a higher chance that people will join due to it having a higher chance of being a good game.

Is it possible to run like 10 ads at the same time?
Its better to run like 10 ads with each 10$ budget with 10 different icons,
by that you know which icons will perform good.
By that you can take the 5 best icons and run them for like 25$ each and know which icons will be the best.
Can you add keywords like simulator? Im not that far in ads yet, im working on my game for release next week but if its possible
to add keywords its way easier to track that and by different ads.
Also your game is a big part how it feels to the player. Your pet buy UI is to small, need to increase that.
Pickup sound is annoying, there are way better sound effects.
The game feels boring, there is no dopamine effect for players.
You just run around, picking up cash and that's it. Buying pets to increase the amount.
UI sound effects could be better, animations are missing and the ui design by itself.
You had a total of 3.448 plays by ads, the reason why they are not staying is because the game isn't great / fun enough.
I don't know how long it took for you to create this game, but a game should never be a rush. It should be a polished fun game for the players.

I’m pretty sure that the reason for the ads not working very well is because your game has a very generic concept. Don’t get me wrong, its a well made game. But its been done countless times before and it isn’t unique or different from other simulators. Try making a new game with an original concept, along with fun and engaging gameplay. Will definitely do better than Robux Simulator 2.

Sponsors Will give you players, there's no doubt about that. It's just the *Game Icon* AND the *Game Name* that makes people click , and
*the game* ITSELF that will make people stay. Throwing a whole bunch of robux at a sponsor with a nice thumbnail will give you many players initially, but if the game is a baseplate, players will NOT stay and the game will NOT grow.
If your game is good and has a good name and icon, you should def see better results.
If only Roblox kept the banner ads… it would be 50x easier
