A Perfect Winters Day to Fish the Parramatta River.

The best winter fishing tip i can give you is to watch your sounder.
No matter how cheap it is, as long as it shows the bottom and marks fish.

I was just watching your video where you talked about fishing being banned in duck river and as you say duck river is a no go but up near the speedway it forks off to form duck creek which runs up under james ruse drive and the map on services nsw doesn’t mention it or show it as being a no fishing zone , it has water in it and some sections look pretty deep especially under the bridge on james ruse drive . Maybe the creek is worth a flick or two .

I did have a mate pulled up by fisheries up duck creek and they told him there was no fishing allowed.
It is good fishing up there tho and further up around Granville there is some very nice bass fishing as well.

You guys sure got a few nice fish. "Anywhere else but the Parra" and you had a good feed. Pity about that. I don't eat fish anyway, just enjoy the sport, so catching in the Parra is as good as catching anywhere else to me.

Wharf road ramp, thats where we caught most of our fish just up from the ramp.
