This video is informative and easy to understand. I was used to having difficulty in creating nursing care plans but after I watched the video, it really improved my ability to create an effective nursing care plan. I believe that nursing care plans are an essential aspect of providing quality patient care. They help nurses to systematically address the needs and concerns of each individual patient, ensuring that all aspects of their care are considered and properly documented. These are unique to the patient that we have because all patients have different challenges for which we provide care. After watching the video, I gained more insights into making a Nursing Care Plan, like the types of a Nursing Care Plan: Informal, Formal, Standardized, and Individualized. Throughout nursing school, I have always had a hard time making proper Nursing Care Plan that can satisfy my clinical instructors. However, after watching the video and learning new and more insights from it, and with Dr. Pizarra's guidance, I now know how to make a proper Nursing Care Plan. The video showed and discussed the explanations of each content of a Nursing Care Plan clearly, from the defining characteristics to the evaluation. The video was so insightful. Making a nursing care plan should be practically taught and properly discussed in any nursing concept because it is essential for centralized documentation of the patient's condition, diagnosis, and treatment. In order to provide patient-centered care, NCP serves as our everyday companion while we care for our patients. Making NCP is extremely challenging for me, especially when I consider what the patient's likely diagnosis would be. However, this video has been quite beneficial and has helped me understand how to appropriately create NCP. The information in this video is really helpful, straightforward and educational. This definitely aids in my efforts to overcome my weaknesses.
Finally, an educational video that will help me as a student nurse. I really do find ncp as a a challenging thing to do and I don't know where to start since I don't know much about in this kind of work. Nursing Care Plans are already a necessity in a nursing student's requirement for school. I have made them before, but it was challenging and I found it hard to create. After watching the video, I feel more knowledgeable about the format of ADPIE and how to fill those columns with information and data. It's still a challenge to formulate a NCP, but with the help of this video, it will guide me throughout the whole process, lessening the difficulty a bit. It was such a struggle on my end, that each time I have to do an NCP, i still get confuse since it was not thoroughly discussed to us before. NCP really helps on the goal of your care of your patient, it helps us utilize our environment to accommodate our patient and give them the best care they deserve. Although i get confused at times on what to put where, especially with intervention but this was explained really well that it helps me view it on another way. To be honest, as a nursing student, it's not easy for me to make NCP. Especially in making diagnoses, I can say that it's really not that easy, but this video helped me. This NCP is really a formal process that includes the needs as well as potential needs of the patient. That this plan is not just a plan but has an important rule in providing care to our patients. Then the interventions should really have enough manpower to be effective as soon as possible.
After watching this video, it helps me to determine the problem prioritization in making the ncp of my patient. This video broaden my knowledge to attain a good ncp.

This video lesson helped me understand more what NCP is and how to do NCP effectively. NCP is a process that includes correctly identifying existing needs. This recognizes potential needs or risks. And this defines the nursing role. I also learned that there are 2 kinds of NCP, Formal and Informal NCP.
Thank you for this video Sir! I was able to identify my errors in NCP making through watching this video. I am hopeful and motivated to make a better NCP for my patients by applying the supplementary knowledge I gained today.

As part of the patient's health record, a nursing care plan is utilized to establish continuity of care. This includes objective and subjective care goals, interventions, and care evaluation. The goal of a nursing care plan is to record the patient's needs and desires, as well as how to address them through nursing interventions. It was difficult and challenging for me to create my first nursing care plan because it was my first time doing so and I still didn't know how to do it, especially in terms of identifying nursing diagnoses and interventions. However, after seeing this instructional video, I had a better understanding of how to create a Nursing Care Plan and how to make interventions that delivers a quality care to patients.
