Mumbai real estate is crazy. This apartment is tinnyyyy! Been staying in the city on rent since years but when it comes to buying a place of my own, I'll look somewhere else.
The interiors are nicely done but that doesn't compensate for the size of the rooms... the lobby and the open plan kitchen look very cramped up and not much natural light going in there. Whosoever buys it will have to keep lights switched on at all times...plus there won't be much privacy at ground floor.
I’d discourage all potential buyers from buying any under construction property in Mumbai. There are scores of under construction properties which will never get completed.

In Bangalore, for 2.89 cr you'll get 3 BHK with 1200 to 1400 carpet area that too in posh locality.
