I will say most strollers this style do not have any basket space so even a little is a plus. It did not take long to assemble and everything just snapped into place. I notice in reviews some said they couldn't get it to latch or fold. If you look at the back there is a metal bar. When you push that down it is open securely. To fold you lift up that bar and it folds right up. I hope that helps.

After 1 year of use, the front wheels came off. No repair option in my country... don't buy it!
This is a really bad quality buggy- it broke very quickly after very light ware as a second buggy! Don't buy it!
