@lrh1443 See, the funny thing is, in a weird way, skipping Chain of Memories actually makes sense for role-playing purposes, because Sora, Donald and Goofy are just as confused about what happened in it. Even in III, Sora ends up meeting characters from Chain of Memories and needs to be introduced to them, because as far as he knows he's never met them before. A fun way to go through the series would be to experience it as Sora does, which would be 1, 2, certain ending cutscenes from Birth By Sleep and Coded, Dream Drop Distance and then III.
As far as I know, the Lore Pamphlet thing is NOT true. But the little Oathkeeper Keyblade to go with your Oblivion (which is what’s inside the chest) was slightly discolored which people speculated was gonna be for a lore reason because some KH fans are insane. I felt like my nose started to bleed at the cost reveal. It looks nice but for that much money I expect an experience I remember for life, not just nice bed spreads and a keyblade to bring home.
As Ironicus stated, there are rooms in that very same hotel that are much cheaper yet have much more well crafted theme-ing. You can see the guy is super unethusiastic about the value-per-cost of it
What gets me about this room is that it looks less like a novelty Kingdom Hearts Themed Getaway, which is what I'd want if I were paying for this-- like give me the Wonderland/Hollow Bastion/Nightmare Before Christmas combo special or something, I'd want a movie set practically-- and more like you are on a mostly regular honeymoon and getting to admire all the nice wedding caricatures you had taken of your Disney Cosplay Polycule. Like it's not bad, it's just a very thin veneer of KH for what I assume was like fifteen thousand dollars for three nights.

Please do not feel pressured to do all of KH, but also I do have to say that Ironicus's reactions to KH2 alone would make the series worthwhile. You absolutely do not have to do all the side games, I hope no one demands that of you. It would be very funny to see Ironicus roast Chain of Memories Marluxia and Vexen and all that, but also it shouldn't come at the expense of doing what you want to do as a creator.

And they missed when they wher saying it but that bag doesnt come in the room, you get the "privilage" of beign able to buy it - and I though what was inside the chest was a copy of the games! I dont think it would have made it worth it (considering that if youre renting this room youre most likely already a fan a in posesion of the games) but it seems more hefty than a collectable

The bald one was voiced by Mr. Spock. The brown-haired guy next to the bald guy's left glove (viewer's right) eventually has that bald guy bind him in chains and burrow up his ass to become the silver-haired guy at the top-left. That kid gets *so fucking mad* at being bodysnatched that his suit of armour gets *comes to life and fights anything that wields a Keyblade,* and just vibes in a war-torn desert that is connected to the basement of Disney Castle. It fights; doesn't elaborate; leaves. Its Keyblade is also a sick-ass flying ATV that doubles as a spaceship and also as a competitive go-kart. The two blond-haired kids on the left who look the same are completely different people, and the one closest to Sora is also technically Sora (born when Sora did that 😁 stunt back in Hollow Bastion), but lived long enough to manufacture an identity of his own beyond being a soulless zombie. His name is just Sora's name, but jumbled and with a χ (a Greek chi) in it because that's his gang tag. The boys on the right who look like Sora and Riku are _not_ Sora and Riku, but also they kind of _are._ The one that looks like Sora is a quasi-sentient robot that grows its own Heart because it is modelled after an idiot, and the one that looks like Riku is actually Jiminy's Journal that kept too many secrets and turned nasty-mode. Also, there's another robot inside of _him,_ whose self-identifies as a robot based on the blond-haired kid on Sora's left, and wants the gang to help out the boy that looks like the boy that looks like _him,_ the blue-haired girl who - at this point in time - had been walking through Literal Hell for about fifteen years, and the brown-haired guy who got bodysnatched. Look, look i know...everyone is saying it, but i'm gonna say it too. I think it'd be awesome if you did the rest of the series, its been my favorite since the metal gear days and thats not even throwing shade at your other LPs. Like, you don't even need to do every little one, they had a couple of those they just turned into little movies for a collection release or you could even skim through them with brief recaps. At the very least, i think doing KH2 would go along nicely with 1, its the other nostalgic one and you could even recreate the classic experience by throwing ironicus in there without CoM. KH3 you can't really do without at least BBS and DDD, but you can do KH2 nicely with just KH1 i think. I mean most people did back in the day. But y'know, no pressure or anything ofc.
One alternative to do the whole series would be to just do KH2 as well. If you ignore everything that comes after it actually has a pretty satisfying ending to the series. Also, I don't know the price but that room is a rip-off.
