You can do it as one project .. I used to use pre-designed intro which I just placed into video but stopped using it as people want straight to the point videos these days…

Hi Zdenka! I realise that in Capcut, the audio tracks are not automatically linked to the specific clips. How can I link those up? When I add a new video clip at the beginning of timeline, the rest of the audio tracks beneath do not shift along. I have to adjust them manually and place them at their respective clips. Is there a way to link them to their own clips, so any adjustments to the timeline at any point, the audio would always be synced. Am I missing something?

Hi. Why don't you change aspect ratio to 21:9 or to 2.35:1 instead of black bars? Black bars give bad looking aspect on dedicated 21:9 screen. Another question: can i save workflow during editing? I used shotcut but too many problems with that. For example crash down. That is why i always save my work in every single minutes. Is it possible in this program?
Hi Zdenka - Thanks for the video. I had never heard of CapCut. I have been using Davinci Resolve. How would you compare these two, since they are both free?
You honestly cannot compare those two. CapCut is super basic and super easy. DaVinci resolve will allow you to creative Wood movie…. It is basic versus extremely advanced.

Does capcut have a play ahead from start feature? If I put the cursor on 1:01 and press stop then play again it will start again at 1:01 ? I have not found this feature, mines just stops where ever the cursor ends.

Well thought out tutorial - well done. I'm a FCP user, but Ive been impressed with the vertical video Ive seen produced for reels and stories by Capcut. The transitions seem really good. Im still undecided wether to try it out, but it certainly looks a great bit of software.

Thank you for your comment… sometimes you don’t have to fill the music with the clips to the end. The purpose here was to show how to edit in Cspcut and for this video this is the final piece. It doesn’t need anything else. When it comes to advanced features that will be coming up with completely different piece making sure it is suitable for those advanced features if that makes sense… faster best, more action and so on

It would be best to test it on your system as it is free.. just install and perform a test. I am a pc person so it might be different for me

How does FCP on the iPad compare in terms of ease of use and capabilities?
This is very simple app, so it is suitable for beginners. It doesn’t have the full capacity as Final Cut Pro. That one is far more advanced

Hi, sometimes my clips and color seems to change on their own inthe timeline. For examples yesterday all of a sudden my clip was in the wrong place ; the colors change back even though i changed them. Thanks.

@ZdenkaDarula I found out recently the time line edits are only saved when after exporting, however thank you!
