Very very very rightly said. They first start business using our local people in various job positions and when they settle themselves they call people of their community from Rajasthan and other parts of north india and then they kick out our people who are employed with them for their own pleasure. I have been a victim of such marwari companies . Perhaps this great man Gangadhar does not know

It is very very very wrong to say that marwaris adopt to the state where they come to do business. Even if they live in our state for 30 or 40 years are more they will not talk in Kannad and even if you ask anything to them they will reply in Hindi only

All Business opportunities of the state or region should be theirs. This is how they adopt themselves to the state not on Culture or traditions. They learn manageable local language
Their target Retail to Distribution networks. They never encourage locals to grow

Our kannada people not having that marwaris tactics, I tested personally they will sell cheaper than local shops in any business but local shoppers do not compete with them
Many hardware shops,timber ,electrical & so may areas of businesses they will follow the same type businesse so they are succeding. Even laying of tiles , granite they are expert in construction areas but our people are not attempt to learn work .if some people are there they charge heavy labour charges
