It's not just about feeling insecure about yourself. For me, I think it's more on how much security do each of you make each other feel. Do you show them and make them feel secure in your love? Admiring another one's beauty is natural. But open out gawking at an attractive person like you wanna get it on with them is downright disrespectful to your partner. And that for me is where jealousy stems from. If you make your partner feel secure, show it through actions and not just words, you won't have any problems with distrust and jealousy.

There were a lot of gorgeous Filipinos even in that short ride. Even after I met my Filipina when we would go out to tour of the city I would see lots of other gorgeous Filipinas. She would bring her friends over to hang out with us at the condo that I rented and one of her friends was cute. She may have even thought that I was attracted to her. She asserted her dominance by sexing me so much that I was literally empty and drained to think about other women. Eventually I realized that her own jealousy was internal projection on to me.
My feelings: If You (men and/or women) are insecure with your looks and/or financial status, you could feel naturally jealous because of the competition, cause you don't want to lose your loved one, but you can eventually, with loving communication and actions, prove to each other that your both in love, loyal and committed. These jealous feelings can go away and a loving, trusting relationship can then bloom. Then there is toxic jealousy that comes from many reasons growing up. Abandonment, Envy are a couple reasons. But cheating partners is more common. This type of jealousy harms and destroys a couples ability to trust each other from the start. Once trust is broken, it will escalate to more serious levels of jealousy and bad behavior. (constant accusations, spying, phone searches, revenge cheating, emotional and physical abuse) Before it reaches this level, it is best to get serious therapy from a professional. If this don't work, you should have a clean break (no contact) before someone or both get put in jail or dead cause of this toxic jealousy often turns violent. People, take your time and evaluate your new partner to understand them before you get intimate, cause once intimate, you have crossed the line where many negative things should have been discussed and cleared up. Cause if you never discussed these things, they come up in disguise as toxic jealousy.

I must have married an extraordinary Filipina, as I worked in the broadcasting industry for many, many years surrounded by beautiful and talented women, and she never showed a moment of jealousy. Of course, I never gave her a reason to.
My Filipina wife is not the jealous type at all and always jokes about my chicks lol I don't have any chicks but I will talk to other girls etc and my wife can talk to other guys as well. I've learned to be very, very specific when expressing that you're into her. Example #1: I say "all the women I know in Magpet are beautiful"...I thought it would be obvious I was referring to her, as I've mentioned several times that I'm not chatting with anyone else.
