Artist in residence at Good Time Charlie's Tattoo Land for nearly 30 years, Jack is one of the most prolific in the game, and is Mister Cartoon 's preferred tattoo artist. Who ever made this video, you SIR suck at videography. You truly screwed up the owners story with the buzzing that is louder than his voice. If you haven't already, I would suggest you ask for a full refund of the purchase price. I love the story hate the production, if you had a video that I could hear you voice, I would continue to watch your story.
