Hi Lauren, I really enjoy listening to native speakers. I am 56 years old and from Salzburg/Austria. As I am learning english on and off for many years now - I understand most words - but I still struggle with the pronounciation some times and I love to hear about personal experiences in different coultures. In grammar - yes the tenses, they are still a topic. And I know that I am mixing up british and american english quite often - maybe you could help in avoiding some mistakes. Thank you for your effort
Yeah, I really enjoy listening to you and learning a lot. And not just because I'm also a parent of twins. You have a very clear pronunciation, so it's easy for me to follow you. I will certainly watch the episodes that will hopefully come soon. Thank you so much for this Lauren!
Thank you for your podcast. I want to understand and speak English better. First of all, it's about everyday things, so I was able to listen to you and understand a lot. I'll ask my boyfriend or my two sons about pronunciation - they're all quite good at English. Two sets of twins - really amazing, they must be a cheerful, lively family. 🙋🏻♀️
Hey Lauren, I'm interested for your explaining of the different cultures in the United Staates and Germany because my daughter Magdalena emigrated to Virginia. These differences are the reason for her and her american husband to be bound and determined to live in Germany after the necessary time in USA. I think that's a very interesting and exciting topic.🌻
Hey Lauren! Fellow Floridian here (from Tampa). I’ve been living in Berlin for the last 12ish years. I’ve been really enjoying your videos, and I’m looking forward to even more in both German and English! I find your experience of Germany to match with mine a lot more than other American-in-Germany RUclipsrs. Most others seem to not engage with the language very much, but that’s been one of most rewarding (albeit at times infuriating) aspects of living in this country. Thanks again for sharing your experiences!
Hey Ryan! How cool!!! Omg Berlin for 13 years, I can’t imagine! I’ve only ever been to Berlin a couple times, it seems like a really cool city! Before we moved to malaysia I was living in a tiny town (city? Not sure what the threshold is) with a population of just 45k!! So being in Berlin was like 😵💫😵💫😵💫 anyway! I toooootttaaalllyyy agree I feel like no one else learns German and while it’s challenging, it’s super rewarding!!
Hi Ryan. There exist a few great channels, but all are mostly in English. I know, that these RUclipsr speak German very well. For example: Hayley Alexis, Wanted Adventure, Life in Germany
I don't know whether to respond in english or german. I guess in my english muttersprache. Your talks have been interesting heretofore and also easy to understand due to your careful pronunciation and pace no matter which language. Often a fast talker in german will be a fast talker in english and in both cases is hard to understand. Maybe that is because I am old and slow. Keep up the good work.
Hi you, so you are doing it in english 🎉 that is great and as cool as you are doing it in german. I look forward to more Podcasts here. For me everything you do is interesting. I like it when you compare the USA and Germany. Thanks a lot …. Bye 🤩💁🏻♀️🇦🇹
I found this podcast very good. I am happy, that i could understand you. I am looking forward, to learn more english with you. Thank you very much🎉. Sorry) LG Susanne
Hello Lauren, I now saw your first English Podcast Video and I was embarrassed, about your Infos of your life in Germany and moving to Malaysia. Pls. come back to Germany in this Year. I subscribed to your English channel too in addition to your German Channel. I try to learn better English with your English Channel. LG Rainer ❤
As a follower of your German channel, it was nice to hear the story and the news for August. So the purpose of this podcast was just to follow the speech ? 🙂 ...haha... German title, English content ...the German 'zum' can be understood as "for the purpose of" or as well as "to come along with" .. I personally will see watching the next episodes 🙂
Hey dear Lauren, Thank you very much for the Video here on RUclips and nice , that the April Fool,s Day just a joke was... Puh ... American English ... 😏... 93... 👍... Ronny the Pony ... 🐎...
Thank you very much ,dear Lauren, for your Heart donation ... I hold in Honor... and Love it now already... and my Heart for you ... 🫶... 😏... Wow ... Thank you ... Ronny...
Thanks for the exiting story you lived until now. I hear/look your channel to improve my "daily english" . All the best to you and your family for the trip back to germany.

Hello Lauren, I would like to learn how to apply for a job in english.
Hallo Lauren,
It's awesome that you wrote your thesis while taking care of two children! Btw do you raise your children bilingual?
Video on that topic coming soon!!
I am from...(Country/City, if its well-known)
I'm from... (Country/City, if its well-known)
I'm a... (Nationality)
nice Folge 1 but I can't find Folge 2. Is there one? 7:30 „like an hour away from Munich“. Spill it out, where have you been?
I found How I became a German RUclipsr (as an American 😅) | Einfach Englisch Podcast
lol first of all spit it out, not spill it out!
Where is the practical spatula?
I find the way you present and telling about your background very enjoying.
👍
Thank you for this channel. You speak very clear, you are very good to understand and your story is interesting. Thank you so much 😘
