Kind of misleading on the uranium enrichment. Even uranium with a 4% concentration of U-235 can still be made iinto weapons grade outside of a nuclear reactor.

Most sensationalist statement expressed in this propaganda piece issued by AJ. There is absolutely no way to know how long until the can detonate a bomb. Assuming they may want to build one, it would be less speculative had they said one year to produce enough enriched uranium to attempt making a bomb.
Making the detonator will take longer than a year, specially without help from experienced sources. Sourcing a detonator may be easier than manufacturing one, but this is far from easy. The number of agencies dedicated to preventing this type of transaction are numerous, and it may be easier to simply wait and watch the west implode in the next few decades. It's inevitable, but it will take time!
