Renjun got a dictionary, Haechan got chopsticks, Chenle got a snorkel and pen, Mark got a freaking shoe horn, Jisung got a head massager, Jaemin got some instant noodles, and Jeno got a face mask. This is actually how friends be getting gifts on a budget.
Renjun actually got flu medicine and that was actually his own gift. The dictionary case is a fake, Mark gifted him an English dictionary before & Renjun put flu medicine inside dictionary case so that Mark would get surprised when he saw Renjun gave his present to someone else. Then Renjun also told that he gave Mark Chinese dictionary in Macbook case as a return gift.
Jeno also got handwarmer, not face mask.

For those who don't speak Korean:
The gift Renjun picked up was the Korean-English dictionary he previously got as a gift from Mark (I assume Renjun managed to pick his own gift). Mark was understandably shocked that Renjun wanted to regift it to somebody. Turns out, the real 'gift' was a cold medicine hidden inside the dictionary's cover. Mark was relieved and everyone laughed their asses off. For Mark's birthday, Renjun gave him a Macbook... packaging, inside which was a Chinese language dictionary. Yes, everyone's out there to troll Mark Lee.
