Avinash Ji, I absolutely loved your coverage of the journey, and this coverage from your S23 Ultra actually felt better than the Canon Sx60 or the Galaxy A52 that you used in some of your vlogs. In terms of daytime capture, the dynamic range of this camera is brilliant, with colors that pop, looking better than the iphone shots in some cases. However, I would recommend against going 10x zoom in night shots, seeing that the telephoto cameras have dim lenses and smaller apertures (compared to main camera) which causes issues. Also, I am reserving judgement on the night-time video capture, because of the following: 1. The iPhone captures video in a warmer color profile, which increases the effect of lighting on the night shots. The Samsung with its cooler color palette, ends up falling short. 2. The Samsung's video processing algorithm has a bad habit of going overboard with its noise-suppression and dealing with bright lights (like lamps). Thus, in killing the noise in night-time videos, it inadvertently ends up killing detail as well. The iPhone does a better job in this aspect and maintains a better balance between noise suppression and detail capture. Both of these issues were fixed in the S24 Ultra, which pulled ahead of the iPhone significantly in terms of video capture abilities. Still, the S23 Ultra is a worthy piece of kit to capture these journeys, and if you could harness the modes well, you wouldn't even need to pull up a dedicated camera for these clips. Love your content brother, hope you get many more journeys under your belt.

At 3:16 the water pipe still attached to the train that is departing, and literally getting ripped off the socket… what the eff is the matter with IR? Is this how bad they do the refilling job? Also, 3 hours delay? Good god. What a state of affairs. 😖 god, it all looks so.. dirty, and ill maintained. Shudder to travel in any IR train except the Vande Bharat.
AVINASH YOU HAD A GREAT CAPTURE HERE .... I THINK TRAIN IS TRYING TO FOLLOW ITS OLD METRE GAUGE ROUTE. IF TOTAL ROUTE IS RESTORED THROUGH GAUGE CONVERSION IT WILL BE THE SHORTEST IN BETWEEN.( AKOLA - RATLAM VIA FATEHABAD ). NEARLY 400 KM... BY AVG SPEED 7 HRS WILL BE SAVED.

Agar journey lambi ho aur diesel locomotive lagayaa hai toh diesel tank full karte/rakhte hai jo ki laghbagh 36 ghante tikta hai.Yehan toh twin alcos hai.Agar dono full tank kar diye jaaye toh ? Peeche wala alco supportive basis pe rehta hai.Agar aage ka alko 100 kmph.hai toh peeche ka alko loco pilot cabinme 100 kmph.nahi rehta hai,varna gaadi 100+100=200 kmph.pe daudegi.Agar aage ke alco ka diesel khatam ho gayaa toh peeche ke alcome se diesel aagewale alco ko transfer karne ki internal system twin alcosme hoti hai.

Your camera skills are one of the best in Indian Railways videos. Loved the sound of ALCO engines. Nice to see them after a long time doing lovely duty. Did the train touch 120 kmph anywhere. The coaches are LHB, so that speed is allowed for an ALCO loco.

Please do show the speed of the train from time to time. I guess the speed for the high-speed run from Itarsi to Bhopal was 110 kmph. Please confirm.
