Pepo Kali meaning 'strong wind' in Kiswahili is about Wairimu, a woman in her 50s who decides to learn how to ride a motorcycle, after her daughter, a biker is killed in a riding accident. Wairimu is attempting to process her loss by learning to master the one thing her daughter loved the most, but her grief intensifies with every lesson she takes.
