I've watched other video's of other's aside from you. Eveyone says the same thing and I get so tickled by it. Those thingy's that are over the wall seams are actually called 'Paneling Strips', lol! I think it's so cute though that not a single person yet knew what they're called 🤷♀️ lol!
I'm renovating a 1972 mobile home. I completely gutted the old cardboard ceilings, wall paneling and all the mouse crap infested insulation. Fun stuff. All replaced with 3/8" drywall. Both bedrooms are done, bathroom being done now, that room got new walls and everything. Livingroom walls are done, ceiling soon. Tons of work but it's coming along nicely,
@@chosennpreciousfarm I've done a lot of it myself but have called in friends to help me with drywall. Also plumbing and general construction, primarily on the bathroom removation. It's been a LOT of work but things are finally coming together. It came with the 31 acres we bought and we decided to renovate it. Future rental income. Next year the metal clading comes off the exterior, it will be sheathed and log cabin siding goes on. The previous owner wisely had a gorgeous forest green metal roof and structure installed. It will look amazing when it's done.
Wow, thats awesome!. And of course that is a great idea to make it a rental property. We thought of that as a future thing. For now we are living in it. Until we could build a dream home. 33 acres thats a dream. Congratulations on that!
@@chosennpreciousfarm Yeah, that way I can get back some of the investment I made in the place. It'll be about $10k by the time I'm done but considering it's going to look like a log cabin on the outside with everything new on the inside, total win. There's a ski area in town and a lack of rentals. Perfect!

What type of paint did you use? We have a mobile home and it's almost like textured... not really wallpaper exactly... has a sheen to it? Not really sure what it's called. I'm not sure if just regular paint would adhere correctly?
Hey, Thank you for watching. Ours was the same. We just used regular paint. The wall paper had the appearance of being textured but it wasn't. It painted really well.
