This band is great--all 6 albums...and the demo...and this EP...and the Split EP they did... and the Hendrix Cover on a compilation. Best rock of the last 10 years, easily. Power Trio, in every sense of the term. They change a bit from album to album, though they have a consistent sound that's uniquely theirs. This particular debut EP finds them somewhere between 1967 and 1971: a cross between the 1967 Piper at the Gates of Dawn (Pink Floyd) and Master of Reality (1971 album by Black Sabbath, though you knew that already, didn't you?). Great stuff

Since then I now own Dead Star, Acheron, and Longing To Be The Mountain on vinyl, and I'm going seeing them in Manchester at Rebellion in July, which I can't wait for, as this band is awesome x10 😂🤘

I've been listening to King Buffalo a lot since I found them a week or so ago. This one sounds a lot like early Sabbath to me.

They are still on a path of evolution. Burden is so heavy I'd like Sean to mellow down a bit
