What were your experiences with the beta?
On the note of people swapping heroes == You gotta compare it to early days of Overwatch, people swapped to what the team needed back then too, certainly more than nearing the end before role queue, as people's identity as "Dps Main" "Tank Main" "Specific Character Main" solidified. Give this game a few months the same thing will happen. Ive been in Rivals matches where no one played healer. So I wouldn't hold that expectation that people will swap in this game more than OW. I'd say what may help this Rivals though is that half the roster isn't Damage, like OW launched with, and still is.
I honestly agree with this a lot, I think the addition of team up abilities helps a lot with team comp too. It reminds me ALOT of those first couple OW seasons (better balancing imo so far)but wanted to keep it to a minimum, you made a bunch of good points here.

If Marvel plays their cards right, they could dominate the game scene like they did cinema. I've been wanting good superhero combat games.
100% with the depth of roster they have available alone can make this game very special
I mean you should've seen valorant beta test keys, I've watched twitch drops for 7 days non-stop to get a key
the drop rates were TERRIBLE I had a discord full of people sharing and trying to get codes but atleast they worked, if it wasn’t for multiple days of issues with actually redeeming your code it wouldn’t be so bad. Still great game!
