I had no idea that you weren't supposed to be able to hatch them if the egg was cracked. My daughter and I put a cracked egg into our egg incubator, 20 something days later it hatched. The chicken was on the small side, but she still going strong.
@@YD_290 if you lived near me I suppose you could. I'm not sure how I'd show anyone anything on RUclips. I don't have enough internet to upload much on my channel. I have only been able to do that with one video. But she's alive and eating bugs with the other chicks. She's not a test tube chick. Just from a cracked egg. I just left it alone in the incubator. I can't be the only one who has seen it happen before.
You already made it not sterile by pushing the unsterile eggshell against the saran wrap, which NEEDS TO BE STERILE AS POSSIBLE. you'll also need a lot of antibiotics
It looks about the same when it's unfertilized. If it's been fertilized, at the very start, there's a teeny, tiny dot that will become the embryo, but it takes time. It also looks like no veins had started on these yet, so they were *very* early. If they tried to do this later, when the veins had spread across the inside of the egg, it probably wouldn't work because it would likely bleed out. (Watch any candleing videos and you'll see the vascular network; it's so damn cool.) But (proper) egg farms take great care to keep eggs unfertilized. There doesnt need to be a rooster around to have hens lay eggs. That's just a thing that birds do, just like how humans regularly release eggs during a cycle. There is a tiny chance that a hen could become a rooster, it does happen just is generally very rare, but if it does it'll get caught pretty quickly. And still the chances of *you* getting an accidentally fertilized egg are superbly low. If they were actually always fertilized, general vegetarians wouldn't be able to eat them. General vegans dont eat them because they're an animal product. (I say "general" here because everyone's personal rules are different. Some vegetarians eat fish, some vegans eat egg whites, and even some vegans eat fish -coughcoughVeganTeachercoughcough-)
The plastic would have to have some holes poked in, which they show themselves doing in the third video when they try again. Eggshells have micro holes (pores) for gas exchange, so the plastic would need some, too.
@@Your_local_simp123 There's no indication of that, and regardless, I've met people, so I'm sure someone is genuinely wondering and that information is now there for them. But also I wasn't replying to you, I was responding to the original commenter who asked about the plastic, hence the lack of an at-your-UN at the start of it.
Make sure you check them multiple times a day to make sure when the time is ready the chicks don’t suffocate. Keep up the great work.

I really hope they hatch.
The experiment begins
Mary Shelley would be so proud 😢❤
Interested to see this one

Bro sound like mario 💀
I kinda wonder if the membrane being corrupted is causing issues for the chickletts
We need a update on the baby chicks
What is that antibiotic that you put in it I want to trying as well
Damn that would be cool
Seems like the antibiotic would defeat the purpose. 😅
Every time someone eats an egg they kill a potential chicken :(
so your saying that I was eating Baby chicken instead of cooked egg? I´m a murderer
🤦🏻♀️

You did a big mistake
How would it breathe after you sealed it completely
Make some holes so it can breathe or else it will die
Did it work
Updates?
But how does it breath in this much plastic ?
How does a breathe in its shell
