If capital goods listed in exemption notification are not directly used in manufacturing but are used in R&D department whose research would be used in manufacturing, can it be said that the capital goods are used in manufacturing and exemption in relation to manufacturing is available?
Haffkine Biopharmaceutical is a Maharashtra Government undertaking organization, importing bulk raw material from Indonesia for polio vaccine and supplying for Government of India and UNICEF, for export we are taking benefit of advance license, can we take benefit of IGCR bond for supply the materials for immunization program of central Government.
