Bro this plane sucks complete ass. Not only did they nerf its flight performance but the missles cant even maintain a lock on a plane with full afterburner because one flare is enough to throw it off. Its complete trash its only good for grinding sweden and it barely does that.
Why does planes in warthunder rip before they hit their real life max speed. For example the drakens top speed was 2100 something km/h but it rips in warthunder at 1500 km/h
The top speed of an aircraft is measured with ground speed. But the structural limits are measured in true or indicated airspeed. And the difference between those speeds increases the higher the aircraft climbs. In other words: An aircraft can have a structural limit of 1500 km/h indicated airspeed, while being able to safely do 2100 km/h ground speed at altitude of 10k meters.

Got so sick of seeing these a little while back. Especially because they buffed the RB24J to mostly ignore flares
Yeah 9J requires to basically 0% throttle before flaring to definitely defeat it.
