    First off, love you bro, glad you feel better health wise, secondly the video quality is getting so good, a lot more effort is going into the editing aspect and I'm here for it! Also, about a month ago, you uploaded a short cross fit/weightlifting vid, at the start of it you said "I'm on a maturation journey at the moment", and you're completely right. I feel the same, turning 18 in about a week, and starting college in just about two months, improving and finding the right kind of motivation to do something in the present instead of saying I'll do it tomorrow, to achieving goals, is such a milestone and I wanted to say how proud of you I am, and I look forward to where you end up in a few years.. Keep it up bro, you're doing so good, and it'll only get better !!

      @NateCerwinske Thank you for the message, I appreciate it a bunch, plus I've been looking up to you as some sort of mentor for a while now, definitely has shaped my mind into a better person and gotten me in the gym at all, so I wanted to thank you for that too !

    You’re my favorite weightlifting RUclipsr next to Clarence and Toshiki, not a lot of people make it entertaining like you do, and not to mention, you’re exceptionally strong! Loving the uploads man.

    I find that when i warm up with holds or slow snatch/c&j, my sessions tend to be a lot more productive and i'm able to lift a lot better then when im just doing casual warmups

    I do pause cleans/snatch which helps a lot - 1 pause just below the knee, 1 pause mid thigh. Helps with the tech/sequence and the isometric strength

    Hello, recently found your channel and am enjoying it a lot so far! Have quite a few videos to catch up on, what camera do you currently use to record? I am trying to get into YT a little more and get more comfortable recording so if you have any advice it would be much appreciated. Stay strong, get PR's and Slam bars!

      That’s awesome! I use the canon SL 2. As advice I would say just stay consistent and don’t be afraid to experiment to find your style !

    is there any reason not to use straps when warming up if you're not planning on using straps for your heavier snatches?

    • @NateCerwinske
      @NateCerwinske  Год назад +2

      Yes, I would suggest to keep it consistent for what you plan on using during the heavier sets

    thanks for the continued inspiration bro i know the time i snatched 55 kg, i was so scared and my form was so bad and i got it up exactly once and it felt ultra heavy, Guess i have to work on form then (also with that mustache you kind of look Mexican but i guess that is neither here nor there)
