I feel the same, turning 18 in about a week, and starting college in just about two months, improving and finding the right kind of motivation to do something in the present instead of saying I'll do it tomorrow, to achieving goals, is such a milestone and I wanted to say how proud of you I am, and I look forward to where you end up in a few years.. I find that when i warm up with holds or slow snatch/c&j, my sessions tend to be a lot more productive and i'm able to lift a lot better then when im just doing casual warmups

I do pause cleans/snatch which helps a lot - 1 pause just below the knee, 1 pause mid thigh. Helps with the tech/sequence and the isometric strength

That’s awesome! I use the canon SL 2. As advice I would say just stay consistent and don’t be afraid to experiment to find your style !
