From what I gathered, X wanted rumble to be a album track rather than a single but space laces got away with releasing it on NSD, and when the label disbanded jeff hit up skism or mobscene (who were the owners of the label) to remove rumble from the discography. And it’s on the album apex like how Jeff wanted it.
