As for me, I'd want the ability to be immune to the affects of other anomalies. I can look at 096's face without setting it off, I can shake 049's hand and walk away fine, etc. The only weakness, because you need to have one or else you're just cheating, is that I can still be killed by non-anomalous means, such as if 682 decided to eat me alive.

Considering a lot of mental health issues in the world and a lot of emotional vampires, having SCP-999 is like having constant mood charger. Also, SCP-999 has quite invulnerable body.

I want the bare minimum with the most endgame effects like unlimited stamina and heightened agility. The combination of these 2 abilities are easy to keep under the radar, easy to control, and can still feel powerful in its own right.
I would want the powers of 939 (With Many Voices), 682 (Hard To Destroy Reptile), 458 (Never Ending Pizza Box), and 999 (The Tickle Monster). But with differences. I would mimic other peoples voices, be super adaptable, be able to create an infinite amount of anything, and be able to bring joy to anyone.
I would want some sort of matter manipulation ability. Repairing homes, roads, bridges, and all-around infrastructure almost immediately would be extremely useful to society. Even if the Foundation would not allow me to live outside of Foundation walls, maybe they would at least see my uses in helping them secure, contain, and protect.
I'd like the abilities of scp 3179, the seed. It's ability to make metal constructs sounds appealing to me, and since it's made of liquid metal, I'd assume it can also shapeshift, another ability I could really make use of.
I like the the lordbung's character "Connor", the D class SCP that could literally revive everytime he is killed, but he got that dangerous dark and evil being inside him.
Ehh he's not perfect he still ages even tho he technically has a longer lifespan And he can't get a muscle body cuase it will revert back to his original body but I guess he can still be a good fighter since he keeps al his memories
Still hurts though. Personally I'd be too afraid of ending up in a perpetually series of deaths to accept that power. I mean imagine if he sunk to the bottom of the ocean. He'd just be crushed/drowning forever.
A mix between A Gift From Dad and Gorefield would be the best material for wholesomeness: You could materialize to people and give them a nice plate of lasagna, as nice as that plate they had at a family diner served by their favorite mascot back when they were a kid, for their birthday. What isn't clear is when you could materialize yourself.
I would want general reality warping abilities so I could make a pocket dimension where I can experiment with the evolution of creatures in any way I want. It's very interesting to see how things evolve and diversify into niches over the course of eons. I could create anything and watch as life forms and interacts on all levels, from microbes to universes. I could also just blow things up and see what happens. Of course I'd need to make it so that amount of time doesn't need to pass outside, because it would be annoying to come out and have the world barren, gone, or unrecognizable.

An ability similar to clockworks, imagine being able to make anything significantly better, different but equal or absolutely destroy anything you'd only need to be wary of very fine since that has the tendency to make other SCPs, though I guess you'd only need to touch said SCP once for it go back to a non-anomalous state.
I wished I had SCP-999’s ability. No, not that one, not the one to make people just suddenly feel happy, no, the one to survive from a diet of solely M&M for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I would do a combo with 682’s adaptive and Fast regen ability and 914’s ability to change something to something better or worst and Dr.bright’s immortality ability because who said that 682 could not die from age and also 049’s ability to revive people, but just without Turing them into zombies and also with a real cure.
Honestly despite the negative connotations, having Sarkic flesh warping powers would be pretty neat. Being able to heal yourself and shapeshift to impersonate others and utilize various organic powers from different organisms would be very useful for avoiding containment. Plus, flying and being able to explore the ocean freely would be neat. You could also use it to do awful things to people, but remember to use your horrible flesh powers responsibly. The biggest downside honestly is the chance Grand Karcist Eon would show up and brainwash you into being his priest.
Id honestly love a mix of scp 2521's ability to sense when someone knows something about it, with scp 096's rage state being initiated by 2521's desire to learn more about itself
SCP-2295 and/or SCP-3000 Having the healing powers of a patchwork bear and the ability to erase traumatic memories would definitely be abilities I'd use wholesale. Besides, even if I'm not allowed to do that there'd still be plenty of use in the Foundation, and containment doesn't sound too bad
I would have the realty bending powers of either SCP-239, SCP-343, or SCP-001: Dr Wondertainment. I could use these abilities to pull major but not harmful pranks, such as making SCP Foundation parodies like making the CSP Society a thing from one of the previous videos, or maybe set up some SCP themed restaurants around some towns or cities as a way to mess with the SCP. But don't get me wrong I enjoy watching SCP Explained and if I do get caught in which I will eventually because this is the SCP after all, it would have been fun while it lasted.
You know personally if my universe was one where the foundation exists. I'd pick the anomalous ability of anomaly cancellation or at least weakening anomalies. I feel it would be a good passive defense you never know when one day you'll bump into one. Plus big bonus your ability doesn't stick out so capture would be unlikely as it be easier to hide my ability. Also even if I was discovered and captured I imagine my ability useful. So my clarification will likely stay a nice safe class or thaumiel should I get lucky enough to strike a deal for more relative freedoms. I hear their is a task force just right for such anomalies.
this is somewhat roughly my idea but combine it with reality bending abilities meaning I can effectively cancel out anomalous abilities of various SCPs. The reasoning behind this is some of the SCPs in containment actually hate their anomalous powers like SCP-2662 where the secondary effect they have is the spontaneous generation of religious followings/cults that break in and do sacrifices and horrendous stuff, I would nullify that unfortunate effect meaning 2662 can relax without having a cult show up and perform a blood sacrifice. Also nullifying the antimemetic properties of SCP-055 just so I can get an accurate description of it.

However, it includes the ability to selectively be a Reality Warper/Anchor and the ability to pull people from The Backrooms (Capitalization Required) into SCP-3008. After all, that dang IKEA would be a walk in the park compared to, say, Level 5 or Th3 Sh4dy Gr3y. While not an ability a SCP has, I would like the ability to, at will,l transfer my consciousness to and from pocket dimension where the only constraints are A) The circumference cannot exceed the radius of the observable universe, B) Any amount of time in the pocket dimension equals no time outside of it and vice versa, C) A control center must be present physically, D) I can neither delete myself nor cross my own timeline, E) I will retain memories of being in the pocket dimension while outside of it and vice versa, and F) I cannot lower the Hume level below an amount equal to the halfway point between baseline reality and the area Dr. Scranton discovered which is documented as SCP-3001. Long list, I know, but I would essentially be a Type Over-black or Type Prismatic in terms of Aspect Radiation while in there. Though if there's another way in, I suspect that it involves Iris using the Desire Camera.
I would like to be a living reality anchor that just being in an area with a low Hume field helps stabilize it. Whether I would use this ability to help capture reality bending entities/objects or play an active role in containment would likely depend on where I'd be most useful. Personally if most reality benders are half as nice as 343 or the Witch Child I'd like to work in containment. We could all use a friend.

As long as you treat her well in return, she could be able to love you back. BAD CHOICE: Most characters from Touhou Project. At best, they’d want nothing to do with you, and at worst they’d kill you. Most of them are Youkai and other fantastic beasts, after all. GOOD CHOICE: Tari (SMG4/Meta Runner). She seems like a nice person if you’re willing to be nice to her back. She’s a bit shy at first, though, so you’ll have to work on that. Plus; gamer girl. Bonus points there. BAD CHOICE: Bowsette. Remember that she’s still essentially Bowser except gender-bent. It may be possible to get on her good side if you’re assertive enough, but she does have a temper and will cause damage in some way. Not worth the clean-up if you aren’t super committed. OCs are a mixed bag entirely and fully depend on the character. I feel like James could pull it off in theory, but he better have thought things through for both Waifu of choice and willingness to commit. It has similar rules and obstacles similar to normal IRL dating, and there on wrong choices for Waifu picks. Let’s hope Janes thought it through properly.
I’d probably want the abilities of the bear with a heart of patchwork, the gift from dad, and the tickle monster just mainly just to help those who have bad days or difficulties, everyone needs help sometimes and it’d be nice to help those I care about and to let them know someone really cares for them
I'd love 096's abilities, not the flying into a murderous rage whenever someone sees my face part, but everything else. It'd just be fun busting through walls like the Koolaid Man, and that's all I'd do, especially just to troll the Foundation while in containment.
The ability to nulify anomalous mental effects, just so I can figure out what 055 is. Im curious. I'd also become the ultimate Anti-Incognito hazard, and could get a job at the foundation. Even if im technically "In containment" kinda like Dr Bright, I may not be able to technically leave, but they definitley need me. Just think of the cross tests!
I'd ask to be Mr. Deeds assistant. He's got a versatile set of abilities and knowledge that crosses into the anomalous. He also has Dr. Brights immortality without the terrible detriments such as having to be conscious the entire time.
I would like the powers of SCP - 262, A Coat of Many Arms. The ability to summon any number of a variety of limbs would be rather helpful. I tend to multi-task often and this power would be a time-saver.
if I could have any abilities I want, I'd take 682 adaptability and regenerative power, 106 poket dimension, and the power to apply dr. klef's anomalies affect to others as long as whatever anomais affect is applied to them prior to my application is transferred to some other living thing, for example 173's neck snap is undone and the victim is revived but something like a field mouse has to die in there place, I would be the savior during the scp 001 when day breaks event as long as I wasn't caught outside. I could even make Cassidy real by causing her own anomalies affect to be applied to someone else that wants to take her place or just a random rabit.
I still believe shapeshifting without limits is the best kind of superpower available, and I want it. Some SCPs that I can think of with shapeshifting are 953 and 2006, but I wonder if there’s any more?
Well actually I wonder if you get too hurt in a more powerful form like in a 096 form how would you look like in a weaker form.. like you got 9000 bullets in your chest as a 096 then turn into a 131 then what happends?

I'd flat out would love to be more of like a "Reluctant Dimenion Hopper" like ability but I can travel anwhere I want at my whim. I would LOVE to be able to just go to Tokyo on an instantaneous whim without all that passport and booking a flight and other nonsense.
I'd have the powers of every anomaly while being able to perfectly and effortlessly control all of them with no side effects to me or anyone else if I don't want it to happen. I could literally do whatever I want for as long as I want and when I decide I've lived enough, then I'll just instantly die with no pain at all, removing all those powers from existence so they won't end up being a threat.

Anomalies that will outright kill you because of reasons. 99% of them are: ultra super mega hyper mysterious anomalies that nobody can understand and are super duper deadly because they can and that's it because MyStErY + dEaDlY = interesting and fun story which never gets old at all, because there are not enough anomalies that do just that, right? RIGHT? We've never seen such a combination before! Especially when you never get a real explanation other than "we don't know anything" just because they can't come up with an interesting way of explaining their origins. I'd love to have a power that could nullify the triggers and abilities of SCPs, similar to 148 or the 36 proposal of SCP-001. I don't think it'd be able to fully bring 682's strength down to a regular croc or alligator level, but at least his regeneration and adaptation could be locked down. And maybe I'd be able to look at 096 in the eye and give him a smile. Would really be useful in containment breaches, as well.

I would want the ability to generate or manifest food or drinks at will, similar to SCP-458: The Never Ending Pizza Box, and SCP-3008: Infinite Ikea's food court. Of course it would be actual food and without the gross terrifying downside that SCP-5962 One Night at McDonalds has, it would be real food that people should be enjoying rather than avoiding.

Imagine having 1033 RU (uses your blood to protect from damage) and the effects of 006 (includes faster blood regeneration). Not the most overpowered combo but you could definitely tank some damage.
I would enjoy a more memetic version of SCP 096's power, Mrs. J's ability to teach myself any skill, and a slightly more toned down version of SCP 682's regenerative ability

I, like most people here, would want incredibly powerful reality warping abilities. I would use these abilities to explore space and see alien lifeforms, and each one I find interesting I would keep in a planet that i have made specifically for these creatures, and maybe even create some of my own alien species (maybe intelligent) and see how they grow.
I would want the ability to manipulate probability. Ever worry about dying? Not anymore. Literally everything and anything you wish would become reality at a mere thought. But in terms of SCP's, I would simply like a phone with 1471
For me I’d want to be a combination of 423, the self-inserting character, and 1230, a hero is born. I can just be a living character in a dream that spreads between hosts. I’d mold dreams into the same sort of fantasy/ adventure stories, but I would also exist within the dream as a friend or a helpful background character, maybe even the villain if I’m in the mood for it. I imagine the foundation could just contain me in the dreams of D-Class and Researchers, I wouldn’t really mind. God-like power in a world with little to no consequences, and I still get to meet new people from time to time.
I always found the reality warping abilities would be wise to choose, though if i had to be more specific, i would choose total control over time dilation. With it, nearly any other anomalous ability would be possible to effectively recreate without any of the downsides that physics would impose on most abilities when done directly.
Honestly I would probably want a combination of Song of genesis and either the curative powers of scp-500 or the happy powers of 999 Transforming people into happier or healthier people with music just kinda bringing life to all people / things around me (plants and animals included(

Here's a perfect triple treat for all of you: -914's ability to upgrade/downgrade anything I want -294's ability to dispense any drink from my sleeves -Clockwork Virus'es mechanized body, with mind being same... ok, this one is _slight bit_ bias, because... _I dunno why, but I just want to become Metal Sonic,_ and being already a sort-of robot can help exponentially in comitting to that dream. But for real, if I had to give actual 3rd nice power, SCP-261's snacks and other pan-dimensional drinks. If allowed four, I pick 914, 294, 261, and 217. If 3 max, yeet the pandimensional vending machine.
If my universe isn't one where the foundation exist, then I go with earthbending. As it's a good ability, and get more useful the more you know and the more creative you can be with it.

I want the bare minimum with the most endgame effects like unlimited stamina and heightened agility. The combination of these 2 abilities are easy to keep under the radar, easy to control, and can still feel powerful in its own right.

I would want the powers of 939 (With Many Voices), 682 (Hard To Destroy Reptile), 458 (Never Ending Pizza Box), and 999 (The Tickle Monster). But with differences. I would mimic other peoples voices, be super adaptable, be able to create an infinite amount of anything, and be able to bring joy to anyone.
I would want some sort of matter manipulation ability. Repairing homes, roads, bridges, and all-around infrastructure almost immediately would be extremely useful to society. Even if the Foundation would not allow me to live outside of Foundation walls, maybe they would at least see my uses in helping them secure, contain, and protect.

I like the the lordbung's character "Connor", the D class SCP that could literally revive everytime he is killed, but he got that dangerous dark and evil being inside him.
He might as well be nicknamed 'The Perfect D Class', and imagine if he met Dr Bright.

A mix between A Gift From Dad and Gorefield would be the best material for wholesomeness: You could materialize to people and give them a nice plate of lasagna, as nice as that plate they had at a family diner served by their favorite mascot back when they were a kid, for their birthday.
What isn't clear is when you could materialize yourself.
Most gifts are a curse when used for the benefits of others, and only become blessing when used for one self and generally gets you a SCP room.

I would want general reality warping abilities so I could make a pocket dimension where I can experiment with the evolution of creatures in any way I want. It's very interesting to see how things evolve and diversify into niches over the course of eons. I could create anything and watch as life forms and interacts on all levels, from microbes to universes. I could also just blow things up and see what happens. Of course I'd need to make it so that amount of time doesn't need to pass outside, because it would be annoying to come out and have the world barren, gone, or unrecognizable.

I want to have databased powers. I could teleport, I could store my stuff in a pocket dimension like a computer file, or I could even noclip through walls if I tried hard enough. Heck. I could even hack into devices like robots and take control of them. I could be called, glitch-man, or, "The Glitch". Because green cubes and ones and zeros appear for split seconds when I use my powers, kinda like computer data

An ability similar to clockworks, imagine being able to make anything significantly better, different but equal or absolutely destroy anything you'd only need to be wary of very fine since that has the tendency to make other SCPs, though I guess you'd only need to touch said SCP once for it go back to a non-anomalous state.

Honestly despite the negative connotations, having Sarkic flesh warping powers would be pretty neat.
Being able to heal yourself and shapeshift to impersonate others and utilize various organic powers from different organisms would be very useful for avoiding containment. Plus, flying and being able to explore the ocean freely would be neat.
You could also use it to do awful things to people, but remember to use your horrible flesh powers responsibly.
The biggest downside honestly is the chance Grand Karcist Eon would show up and brainwash you into being his priest.

I would have the realty bending powers of either SCP-239, SCP-343, or SCP-001: Dr Wondertainment. I could use these abilities to pull major but not harmful pranks, such as making SCP Foundation parodies like making the CSP Society a thing from one of the previous videos, or maybe set up some SCP themed restaurants around some towns or cities as a way to mess with the SCP. But don't get me wrong I enjoy watching SCP Explained and if I do get caught in which I will eventually because this is the SCP after all, it would have been fun while it lasted.
You know personally if my universe was one where the foundation exists. I'd pick the anomalous ability of anomaly cancellation or at least weakening anomalies. I feel it would be a good passive defense you never know when one day you'll bump into one.
Plus big bonus your ability doesn't stick out so capture would be unlikely as it be easier to hide my ability. Also even if I was discovered and captured I imagine my ability useful. So my clarification will likely stay a nice safe class or thaumiel should I get lucky enough to strike a deal for more relative freedoms. I hear their is a task force just right for such anomalies.
this is somewhat roughly my idea but combine it with reality bending abilities meaning I can effectively cancel out anomalous abilities of various SCPs. The reasoning behind this is some of the SCPs in containment actually hate their anomalous powers like SCP-2662 where the secondary effect they have is the spontaneous generation of religious followings/cults that break in and do sacrifices and horrendous stuff, I would nullify that unfortunate effect meaning 2662 can relax without having a cult show up and perform a blood sacrifice. Also nullifying the antimemetic properties of SCP-055 just so I can get an accurate description of it.

However, it includes the ability to selectively be a Reality Warper/Anchor and the ability to pull people from The Backrooms (Capitalization Required) into SCP-3008. After all, that dang IKEA would be a walk in the park compared to, say, Level 5 or Th3 Sh4dy Gr3y.
While not an ability a SCP has, I would like the ability to, at will,l transfer my consciousness to and from pocket dimension where the only constraints are A) The circumference cannot exceed the radius of the observable universe, B) Any amount of time in the pocket dimension equals no time outside of it and vice versa, C) A control center must be present physically, D) I can neither delete myself nor cross my own timeline, E) I will retain memories of being in the pocket dimension while outside of it and vice versa, and F) I cannot lower the Hume level below an amount equal to the halfway point between baseline reality and the area Dr. Scranton discovered which is documented as SCP-3001.
Long list, I know, but I would essentially be a Type Over-black or Type Prismatic in terms of Aspect Radiation while in there. Though if there's another way in, I suspect that it involves Iris using the Desire Camera.
I would like to be a living reality anchor that just being in an area with a low Hume field helps stabilize it. Whether I would use this ability to help capture reality bending entities/objects or play an active role in containment would likely depend on where I'd be most useful. Personally if most reality benders are half as nice as 343 or the Witch Child I'd like to work in containment. We could all use a friend.

if I could have any abilities I want, I'd take 682 adaptability and regenerative power, 106 poket dimension, and the power to apply dr. klef's anomalies affect to others as long as whatever anomais affect is applied to them prior to my application is transferred to some other living thing, for example 173's neck snap is undone and the victim is revived but something like a field mouse has to die in there place, I would be the savior during the scp 001 when day breaks event as long as I wasn't caught outside.
I could even make Cassidy real by causing her own anomalies affect to be applied to someone else that wants to take her place or just a random rabit.
I still believe shapeshifting without limits is the best kind of superpower available, and I want it. Some SCPs that I can think of with shapeshifting are 953 and 2006, but I wonder if there’s any more?

99% of them are: ultra super mega hyper mysterious anomalies that nobody can understand and are super duper deadly because they can and that's it because MyStErY + dEaDlY = interesting and fun story which never gets old at all, because there are not enough anomalies that do just that, right? RIGHT? We've never seen such a combination before!
Especially when you never get a real explanation other than "we don't know anything" just because they can't come up with an interesting way of explaining their origins.

I'd love to have a power that could nullify the triggers and abilities of SCPs, similar to 148 or the 36 proposal of SCP-001. I don't think it'd be able to fully bring 682's strength down to a regular croc or alligator level, but at least his regeneration and adaptation could be locked down. And maybe I'd be able to look at 096 in the eye and give him a smile. Would really be useful in containment breaches, as well.

I would want the ability to generate or manifest food or drinks at will, similar to SCP-458: The Never Ending Pizza Box, and SCP-3008: Infinite Ikea's food court. Of course it would be actual food and without the gross terrifying downside that SCP-5962 One Night at McDonalds has, it would be real food that people should be enjoying rather than avoiding.
I would want the power of the clockworks, and then I could just enter very fine mode and touch my computer and pc and stuff like 50 times or something. Also immortality and the ability to summon any kind of food I want. Also the power of Every SCP without all the downsides and so that they can be toggled whenever I want. For me I’d want to be a combination of 423, the self-inserting character, and 1230, a hero is born. I can just be a living character in a dream that spreads between hosts. I’d mold dreams into the same sort of fantasy/ adventure stories, but I would also exist within the dream as a friend or a helpful background character, maybe even the villain if I’m in the mood for it. I imagine the foundation could just contain me in the dreams of D-Class and Researchers, I wouldn’t really mind. God-like power in a world with little to no consequences, and I still get to meet new people from time to time.
I'd want to be able to pop out of the dream sometimes, with a full memory of it, and just turn it into an actual book.
I always found the reality warping abilities would be wise to choose, though if i had to be more specific, i would choose total control over time dilation.
With it, nearly any other anomalous ability would be possible to effectively recreate without any of the downsides that physics would impose on most abilities when done directly.

If my universe isn't one where the foundation exist, then I go with earthbending. As it's a good ability, and get more useful the more you know and the more creative you can be with it.
