In defense of the show I've heard them do dozens upon dozens of celebrity interviews over the past 10 years and the only two that have gone wrong are this and rob schneider. Pretty good record from a statistical standpoint
Norm obviously barely slept, and is still about seventeen steps ahead of these clowns. If it seems obvious to you that Norm is "trashed", it seems obvious to me that you haven't worked your ass off for days on end.
