Hi Roger,
You may have noticed this already on F360, but it seems the fillet tool causes the post processor to have very strange issues, as soon as I switched it out to a chamfer all of my issues were resolved on mach3, once again thanks for this guide you've given me a good headstart to figuring this out!

I try all this and the part mach3 try to make it Double the size all setup was the same no idea what went wrong. Lol.
