A few things to maybe help clear your confusion, Fusion.
1) The opening to your left is NOT a vent, it is the conveyer belt.
2) Freddy enters a vent on the top left of the party room, you just didn't notice, like, ever.
3) You can see Freddy also in a vent in the hallway, the top middle, that is before he arrives at the vent you can use the fan.
4) It's hard to not ruin this, pretty sure everyone wants you to do it, but try letting Freddy get closer in the vent camera, THEN use the fan to block him.
Hope this helps, because obviously Freddy is your biggest problem.

20:53 For a single frame you can see what looks like some animatronic figure and the name "Paper Friend" changes to "Lewis". It happens so fast it's very easy to miss, so Fusion probably didn't notice. Put playback speed on X0.25 and it's very noticeable.
The eyes went black with white pupils and his mouth opened as well

Hey fusion, did you find out about the fan and freddy? If you let freddy get really close to the vent camera, you can cut off Freddy's head, and it will be in the office

Hearing the phone guy here about Fredbear being the one that was bitten by a kid in "the bite" makes me think this is all some alternate universe and I'm all for it.
This has to be one of my new favorite fan games. Its not scary, rather adorable. I love the unique designs, and having to draw and shoot Chica is so cute. I love this!

the problem with your strategy is that is takes more time. stopping the vent makes the sending phase of the night last longer because it literally stops the conveyor being used. in addition to draining power

Pulling the lever on your left reverses the conveyor belt and your order progress, closing the doors on the cameras where the food gets delivered only stops the current progress until you open it again, if they’re close to the door closing it should make ‘em scoot pretty fast though closing them uses a lot of power
really like the game and i like how its not like every fnaf fan game that has doors to close this one is pretty unique

Ok, so one thing you gotta understand - there's a difference between the vent and the other thing you're also calling a vent - that's the conveyor belt that delivers orders from the kitchen to the party rooms and your office. All animatronics can enter the conveyor belt - while in the kitchen, you should close the door when they're in there, for the party rooms, just close it when they're right next to them. For instance, when Freddy is in Party Room A, he can either enter the vent or the conveyor belt. Wait a bit to see his next move.
