What an amazing set of missions this run. From fighting your inner demons to be like the helicopter version of Maverick, to refusing to stealth your way across a long makeshift bridge full of enemies.
DYOM is truly a gift from God. We uncover so many moving and heroic (and clusterfuck) of a mission and story. Thank you for your service, Mike, I hope you survive on the military island on the other game with number 4 in it.

Please Never stop making these, even if you have to play every single one mode and you take breaks upwards of two years I was going to email you this but I couldn’t find it in the about section this is the perfect contact to relax too unlike the speed runs towards the same exact cut scenes and content that starts to get a little repetitive even after 280 hours of watching the same speedrun this is beautiful game

Okay so seriously, Josh is on point when he says pineapple on pizza is delicious and people are delusional about it. It is literally a meme that pineapple doesn't belong on pizza. The reason so many people believe it is, and I cannot stress this enough, that THEY HEARD IT ON THE INTERNET and spread it. It's a clear example of people's opinions being shaped by the media they are surrounded by. People they like, memes they like, all said that pineapple on pizza is bad, unanimously. And that made so, so, so many people just jump on the "hype train" about hating it. There are people who genuinely *dislike* pineapple on pizza, but that number is 1) NOWHERE NEAR the number of people who say it is bad, and 2) nearly impossible to assess now that so many people just say it's bad for the sake of saying it's bad, to perpetuate a joke that wasn't a joke to begin with. Same went with hating Justin Bieber, or that girl that sung Friday. The internet is just somehow so fucking good at whipping people up in an angry mob about stuff
The thing with these types of "if you just did it normal you'd finish it faster" things is that I don't know that at the beginning, it's only faster with hindsight. But if I made that decision on every mission then you wouldn't really be watching a speedrunner play things, more just a casual playthrough.
Pineapple pizza actually sucks. The contrast between sweet fruits and piquant tomato sauce / toppings is too much. Corn / maize, on the other hand, works because its "sweet" flavor and texture (which, unlike squishy pineapple, is definitely the superior balance amongst all that is food) are nowhere near as overbearing. Steer clear of the disgrace that is pineapple pizza and you'll live a happier life from this point onward.
