More RUclipsrs are catching charges than you think. A lot of them get charge for trespassing.
Trespassing is barely a crime. Usually the cops dont even give you a ticket(if you are white). I know from experience

The people who are arrested for trespassing are either repeat offenders, are disrespectful, or worse, to cops, and then proceed to resist arrest when they Find Out after Messing Around, or are dealing with a racist cop.

The Kai Cenat one was completely unfair. He never wanted anybody to be hurt or destroy anything and yet people showed up trying to cause chaos and Kai is the one who has to pay $55K. Am I the only one who finds this unfair?
Yeah its unfair but when you're a massive creator its your job to manage your fans. eg: If Mr beast said "Hey theres 1 million in the middle of new york whoever gets to it first keeps it" there would be MASSIVE amounts of chaos.

Money is partially government property. You are destroying federal property. Its very rare anyone actually gets in trouble for defacing money. The secret service(their main job is catching counterfeit not political security) dont have the time or energy to prosecute you destroying money. They will just think you are dumb. Usually the people who get prosecuted are melting down old copper pennies/silver dimes for the metal since they are worth more in scrap than face value or people placing ads on dollar bills.
