Just watched the Waikiki winter holiday parade.. had such a down home feel sprinkled in some top notch military bands.. a lot of fun.. oh and don’t forget the firework show..

We used to have something similar in Hastings Ranch for so long, but with the passing of time and people moving away, the tradition has somewhat died. The Waikiki Trolly looks like so much fun. I love anything Christmas. And the Honolulu City Lights are absolutely beautiful. I love the first responder Christmas Tree. My nephew is one and we are all extremely proud of him. That churro looked delicious. And ANYTHING shave ice is perfect for me. Pukanala Noelo St. is hilarious. I'd love to see that sometime. I really have to visit during Christmas. The Dallas Cowboy house is beyond!!!! Bwag's House makes me feel bad about my piddly decorations. I have to up my game. I love how people use their remembrances to tailor their style. The Matias Family ohana is a real wonderland. The work that must go into that. WOW. I've been to the Ala Moana mall, but not at Christmas, but it does look fun. I would definitely enjoy that show. Since we moved to hawaii, we never put up any Christmas decorations ,just didn't feel right. From the warm weather (used to pick tree up in the cold and snowy out door) to the same old days in and out. Missing the long summer daylight (14 hours) and cold short winter days (sun setting around 4 PM).this will set the feeling of Christmas after Thanksgiving..

Since we moved to hawaii, we never put up any Christmas decorations ,just didn't feel right. From the warm weather (used to pick tree up in the cold and snowy out door) to the same old days in and out. Missing the long summer daylight (14 hours) and cold short winter days (sun setting around 4 PM).this will set the feeling of Christmas after Thanksgiving..
